Fluffy Cheese Scones

Mix together:

  • 1 cup of plain scone mix,
  • 1 cup of your favourite grated cheese
  • 1 cup of a 2 beaten eggs and milk mix

This makes a sloppy wet mix, so use a spoon and put mounds onto a lined baking tray.

Bake at 200C for about 12 minutes.


The mix has a shelf life of up to 6 months. When the scones are made they will keep fresh for up to 3 days.
